| Intra-Gard
is an economical 4 or 6-way multiple innerduct cable management
raceway system designed for protection of your cable.
The cells are prelubricated at the factory, reducing the
coefficients of friction experienced when installing cable.
Each 20-foot section can be assembled by applying solvent
cement and inserting the spigot end into the bell end
of the raceway. The system comes complete with fixed elbows,
termination kits and accessories.
2" Diameter Intra-Gard
Carlon's new addition to the Intra-Gard product line
is increased diameter Intra-Gard. We now offer the same
quality of engineering in a larger diameter pipe to
accommodate larger volumes of cabling. Our regular Intra-Gard
is made from 1 ¼" diameter pipe while our
addition to the line is made from 2 inch diameter pipe.
The larger size product is available in a 4 Way configuration
with Type 40
or Type C conduit in our spacer arrangement for use
in
datacommunication and telecommunication wiring installations.
Hybrid Intra-Gard® 
Hybrid Intra-Gard combines 1 1/4" and 2"
alternating pipe in a 4-way configuration to accommodate
varying sizes of cable in one installation.
Hybrid Intra-Gard gives you the same economical multi-celled
protection for your low voltage cabling installations.
It is available with the white pilot duct for reference
identification and available as special order items
in
multi-colored arrangements for special installations.
